Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by The Living Axis ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our services.

2. Service Description

The Living Axis provides mobile, in-home massage therapy and bodywork services across the 5 boroughs of New York City. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

3. Booking and Cancellations

Appointments must be booked in advance. We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee up to 100% of the service cost.

4. Health and Safety

Clients are required to disclose any relevant medical history, injuries, or conditions prior to the session. Our therapists are trained professionals but do not diagnose medical conditions. If you are pregnant or have a serious health condition, please consult your physician before booking.

5. Professional Boundaries

All services provided are strictly therapeutic and professional. Any inappropriate behavior, comments, or requests will result in immediate termination of the session, and full payment will be required. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for sexual harassment.

6. Preparation and Space

Clients are expected to provide a safe, clean space of approximately 6x10 feet for the massage table and therapist to move comfortably. Pets should be secured in another room during the session.
